How to run your audit (Rainmaker or Full)

You’ll need an Air Canada email to sign up. You start with one free credit for your first audit; extras start at $2.99.

Choose your audit

  • Full Audit for statements up to July 2025
Matches your Flight Summary with your Globe pairing images.

  • Rainmaker Audit
Uses your Globe pairing images only. Shows flight hours and entitlements so you can match inside Rainmaker.

What we check (high-level)

  • Meals per rules (currency & entitlement)
  • CI/CO on every layover
  • DOT > 13h and > 14h (LOU not applied)
  • Ground duty on DOTs
  • Duty Day-4 vs. paid flight credit time

Full Audit — step by step

  1. Upload your Flight Summary
From company portal → AERONETHR ConnexPay & CompensationFlight Summary.
Choose the Flight Summary you want to audit and download it to your computer.

  2. Add screenshots for each working day
The app will prompt you with your working days. Take screenshots in the Globe app (one per day) and upload them.

  3. Upload your pairing images (for the flown days)
Open the Globe mobile app → open each pairing → take a screenshot of each day inside the pairing (examples below) → upload.

  4. Review screenshots
The app checks what you uploaded, flags any missing days, and shows what’s still needed. Re-upload any missing days. Once everything’s in, the audit starts automatically.

  5. Start Audit
We’ll run the checks and show a clear summary plus a verification table. This can take a couple of minutes, depending on how many days you worked that month.

Rainmaker Audit — step by step

  1. Upload pairing images for the whole month (no Flight Summary needed).
  2. Confirm days detected by the app; add any missing days.
  3. Start Audit to generate your results.

How to screenshot pairings

  • Include the pairing day at the top.
  • Capture the whole “day” view—don’t crop anything.
  • For the last day, include the “Summary” lines.
  • One screenshot per day.

Screenshot pitfalls to avoid

  • Don’t cut a day in half from the previous/next day.
  • Don’t crop the blue “day” area inside the pairing.
  • If AI can’t read a shot, retake it—scroll a bit so the key info is centered, then try again.
  • Avoid cropping the image.

Note

Tip: Please follow the screenshot steps above—where to find your Flight Summary and how to capture each day. If an image doesn’t read well, upload it again. See “Better screenshots” below.

After the audit

  • See highlights, reasoning, and a verification table (in Resources).
  • Download as PDF, keep it in your dashboard, or delete it anytime.
  • Use the Rainmaker dashboard to match entitlements where needed.

Found a discrepancy? The app drafts meal claims and notes to help you follow up.

Troubleshooting image reads

  • If a day is “missing,” re-upload that day’s screenshot.
  • Make sure the date, duty code, in/out times, and numbers are fully visible (not cut off). The system can detect days, but cropped numbers can cause extraction errors.
  • Still stuck? Message me from the contact form—happy to help.
